CSR Cosmetic Solutions is a privately owned company. The ownership consists of four (4) individual investors:
Owner BiographiesRami Younes:Former President and CEO of CCL Container. CCL Container is a world leading manufacturer of aluminum aerosol containers and tubes, supplying Global personal care, cosmetic and pharmaceutical marketers. Rami brings over 25 years in the personal care industry at senior levels. He holds several public board positions.
Rick Zakaib:Former Senior V.P. Corporate Development for CCL Industries. Rick, being a lawyer, brings with him over 25 years of experience in senior management, including mergers & acquisitions as well as finance.

The owners have over 100 years of experience in senior leadership and contract manufacturing including:
Chris Denney:Former CEO of OSG and Kolmar Labs. Chris has over 30 years of international experience in the personal care, color cosmetic and household product industries.
Steve Blanchet:President of CSR Cosmetic Solutions, and former President of OSG Canada, Steve brings over 30 years of experience in the international contract manufacturing industry with OSG and CCL Industries holding senior positions such as President General Manager, and VP of Sales. Steve also holds board positions on public organizations and the CCTFA.
